Terms and Conditions for Saiban Pro

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Saiban Pro for monday.com" application (the "App") provided by Scritt Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Service Description)

This App is an add-on application that provides auto-numbering functionality on monday.com. It provides the following features:

  • Zero-duplicate atomic numbering
  • Fiscal year reset (automatic reset on April 1st)
  • Japanese era (Reiwa) notation support
  • Flexible format settings
  • Bulk numbering (*processing large volumes of items may take time)

*All date/time processing is performed in Japan Standard Time (JST)

*Processing speed is limited by monday.com API restrictions (58 requests/min)

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

To use this App, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Have a valid monday.com account
  • Agree to monday.com's Terms of Service
  • Agree to these Terms

Article 3 (Account)

This App uses monday.com account authentication. You are responsible for properly managing your monday.com account credentials. We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

You must not engage in the following activities when using this App:

  • Activities that violate laws or public order
  • Disassembly, decompilation, or reverse engineering of the App
  • Bypassing or disabling the App's security features
  • Interfering with the App's services
  • Commercial resale of the App
  • Other activities we deem inappropriate

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents, etc.) related to this App belong to us or their rightful owners. These Terms grant you a limited license to use the App and do not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. This App is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.

2. We are not liable for damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the App
  • monday.com service outages or changes
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Unauthorized access by third parties
  • Processing delays due to monday.com API rate limits
  • Date processing behavior due to fixed JST timezone
  • Other causes not due to our intentional or gross negligence

Article 7 (Service Modifications)

We may modify or discontinue the App without prior notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from such changes. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of significant changes.

Article 8 (Pricing)

Pricing for this App is as listed on the monday.com Marketplace. For paid plans, payment is processed through the monday.com platform.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may modify these Terms as needed. The revised Terms take effect upon posting on this page. Significant changes will be communicated appropriately. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Saitama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this App.
