Estimate Process

- We will prepare and present an estimate after an initial consultation
- Contract is finalized upon your agreement with the estimate

Payment Timing
Varies by contract terms. Generally one of the following:
- Full payment upon project start
- Full payment upon completion
- Installment payment (deposit + balance upon delivery)
Details are determined through consultation at the time of contract.
Service Delivery Timing
Service delivery timing varies based on project requirements and scope.
After contract signing, we will create a project schedule with clear delivery dates.
[Note]Delivery dates may change due to customer specification changes, additional requests, or customer-caused delays. In such cases, we will consult with you in advance to make adjustments.
Cancellation & Contract Termination
Pre-Contract Cancellation
You may cancel at any time without charge after receiving an estimate but before signing the contract.
Post-Contract Cancellation
For cancellations after contract signing, the following applies:
- Before work begins: 10% of the contract amount will be charged as a cancellation fee
- After work begins: Payment will be required for work already completed
Returns
As this is a custom development service, the concept of returns does not apply. However, we will make corrections if deliverables significantly differ from contract specifications.
Warranty
After delivery, within the scope defined in the contract, we will fix any system defects (bugs) discovered at no additional charge.
The warranty period varies by contract but is generally 1-3 months after delivery.
Special Notes
- This service primarily serves business-to-business (B2B) transactions
- Individual customers are also welcome to use our services
- Individual contracts will be executed for each engagement
- Terms may be changed without notice
