Saiban Pro for monday.com is an add-on application that provides auto-numbering functionality on monday.com. It offers zero-duplicate guarantee, fiscal year reset, Japanese era support, and flexible format settings.

This App collects and stores the following information:

• Counter Information - Board ID, column ID, current sequence value, fiscal year, and month (to maintain numbering consistency)
• Bulk Numbering Job Information - Job ID, status, progress, and error details (for processing state management)
• Request Logs - IP address, request path, and timestamp (for error investigation and service improvement)

4. Data Storage

All information collected by this App is stored in MongoDB (monday code Document DB).

• Data is stored within monday.com's infrastructure
• We do not store or transfer data to our own servers
• Data is protected according to monday.com's security policies

5. Purpose of Use

The collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Auto-numbering processing
• Managing numbering settings
• Managing and resetting counters

6. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, share, or provide information collected by this App to any third parties other than monday.com. However, exceptions may apply when required by law.

Information stored by this App is retained for the following periods. Counter information is retained permanently while the App is in use to maintain numbering consistency. Bulk numbering job information is automatically deleted 30 days after processing completion. If you uninstall the App, all data will be deleted within 30 days.

• Secure access control via monday.com OAuth authentication
• Input validation and injection protection
• JWT signature verification for secure request processing
• Rate limiting to prevent overload
