Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the organization or individual using the App, "you") and Scritt Solutions ("Scritt", "we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship operated by Ryosuke Kamei and based in Tokorozawa, Saitama, Japan.
They govern your use of Pick List Generator (the "App"), a board view application distributed through the monday.com marketplace. By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the App.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. What the App does
The App reads an order board in your monday.com account and generates consolidated total-picking pick lists: it groups order lines by SKU, sums their quantities, sorts them by storage location, and lets your team check items off and write the resulting status back to the board.
The App runs entirely inside an iframe in your monday.com account. It has no backend server and no database of its own, and its static files are served from monday.com's content delivery network.
3. Eligibility and your monday.com account
The App is an add-on to monday.com and requires an active monday.com account. You are responsible for maintaining your monday.com account, its users, and its data.
Your use of monday.com itself is governed by monday.com's own terms and privacy policy, not by these Terms. We do not control the monday.com platform, and these Terms do not alter your agreement with monday.com.
4. Plans, trial, fees, and price changes
Billing runs through monday.com. The App is monetized through the monday.com marketplace, and monday.com handles subscription, payment, invoicing, and collection. We do not process your payment details.
- Current plans and prices are the ones shown on the App's monday.com marketplace listing at the time you subscribe. We do not restate them here, so that this page cannot fall out of step with the listing.
- Free tier. The App may be offered at no cost up to a defined seat threshold. Accounts within that threshold are not charged.
- Trial. Paid plans include a free trial (currently 14 days). Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription continues under the plan you selected.
- Refunds and cancellation follow monday.com's marketplace billing rules and are handled through your monday.com account.
- Taxes are your responsibility except for taxes on our net income.
Price changes. We may change the App's plans and prices, including lowering the free seat threshold so that accounts previously within it become chargeable. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect for you, via the App or the monday.com marketplace listing. A change never applies retroactively, and you may cancel or uninstall the App before it takes effect to avoid the new charge. Continuing to use the App after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent that applicable law prohibits this restriction;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App, or provide it as a service to third parties outside your organization;
- use the App to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or breach your agreement with monday.com;
- interfere with the App's operation, circumvent its plan limits or billing, or probe or attack the infrastructure it runs on;
- use the App to process data you have no right to process.
6. Your data and privacy
The App reads only the board data you point it at, and processes it in your browser. We operate no server that receives your board data.
How the App handles data — including what is saved through monday.com's storage API and for how long — is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy is the authoritative description; these Terms do not restate it.
As between you and us, your board data is yours. We claim no ownership of it and do not use it to train models, build datasets, or for any purpose other than providing the App to you.
7. Accuracy of pick lists and your operational responsibility
This section matters more than most, because the App's output drives physical warehouse work.
The App is a tool that transforms the data on your board. Its output is only as correct as its inputs:
- Your board data. SKUs, quantities, storage locations, and order references are read from your board. If they are wrong, incomplete, or out of date, the pick list will be wrong.
- Your column mapping and settings. You tell the App which columns mean what. A mis-mapped column produces a plausible-looking but incorrect pick list.
- Concurrent changes. Your board may change after a pick list is generated.
Accordingly:
- You are responsible for verifying goods before they are picked, packed, and shipped. The App does not perform quality control, and a generated pick list is not a substitute for your own verification, inspection, or reconciliation processes.
- You are responsible for the configuration you set and for reviewing that the mapping matches your board.
- The App does not warrant that any pick list is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular shipment. It reports what your board says.
We are not liable for mis-picks, mis-shipments, stock discrepancies, spoilage, returns, chargebacks, or any other operational loss arising from your reliance on the App's output. This allocation of responsibility is a basic assumption of these Terms and is reflected in the price of the App.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the App working, but we provide it without any service level commitment. Availability depends on monday.com's platform and CDN, which we do not control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features. If we discontinue the App entirely, we will give reasonable notice.
Support is available at support@scritt.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Support is provided in English.
9. Communications
We contact users only for operational reasons. Specifically, we may contact you to:
- respond to a support request you send us;
- notify you of material changes to the App, these Terms, or our Privacy Policy;
- notify you of price changes as described in §4;
- notify you of security incidents or urgent service issues.
We do not send marketing or promotional emails, and we do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with anyone for marketing purposes. The App contains no mechanism for collecting email addresses or building a mailing list. If we ever introduce optional product-update announcements, they will be opt-in and these Terms will be updated first.
10. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its underlying software are owned by Scritt and are protected by intellectual property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App inside your monday.com account for the duration of your subscription.
We grant no rights beyond that licence. "monday" and "monday.com" are trademarks of monday.com Ltd.; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of monday.com beyond distributing the App through its marketplace.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that its output will be accurate or complete.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or spoiled goods, business interruption, or loss of data, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, even if we were advised of the possibility.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App and these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or from your board data and the operational decisions you make using the App's output.
14. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as the App is installed in your monday.com account.
- You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any subscription through monday.com.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or if required by law or by monday.com.
On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the App. Data stored through monday.com's storage API is removed in line with monday.com's data lifecycle, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Saitama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are written in English, which is the authoritative version. Any translation (including the Japanese version on this site) is provided for convenience only; in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the English version prevails.
16. Changes to these Terms, and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect (via the App or the marketplace listing), and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, uninstall the App before it takes effect.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the App.
